§1 Applicability to Businesses and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all services between YIELD and a client in the version valid at the time of the inquiry.

(2) A client is any natural or legal person who enters into a legal transaction for commercial or self-employed professional purposes.

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to inquiries via our website www.yield.at as well as to direct inquiries by e-mail to employees or shareholders of the agency.

(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, it shall be with the following company:

(3) The presentation of our services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to contact us. By submitting an inquiry, the interested party makes a non-binding request.

Acceptance of this inquiry by YIELD is made in writing or by telephone within one week.

(4) Procedure up to the conclusion of a contract:
1. Inquiry via contact form or by e-mail
2. Specification of the desired services by the client
3. Review and internal processing by YIELD
4. Feedback & initial contact by YIELD
5. Non-binding initial meeting and clarification of framework conditions
6. First, non-binding concept by YIELD
7. Presentation & joint decision
8. Creation of a cooperation agreement upon mutual consent

§3 Prices, Payment, Due Date

(1) Prices are determined individually at step 7 of the process described above.
(2) Preliminary rough cost estimates can be provided during communication in step 4.
(3) Payment terms (deadlines, instalments, etc.) are contractually defined in step 8. As a rule, the payment period is 7–14 days from the invoice date.

§4 Delivery

Delivery includes the services agreed in the cooperation agreement. Implementation takes place following mutual agreement within a defined timeline.

§5 Ownership and Usage Rights

(1) YIELD retains ownership of all rights to concepts and ideas until full payment or contractually agreed implementation.

(2) Unless otherwise agreed in writing with YIELD, all content (texts, graphics, photos, videos, etc.) remains the property of the agency. The client receives a simple, non-transferable right of use within the agreed scope. Any extended use requires a separate agreement.
